Here's the shortest "full sized Class C" that I've found that still has a full-time bed available at coach floor level (it also has a good sized cabover bunk) ... a lot of motorhome in a small space. On the Ford chassis it's only 23'11" long:

P.S. Also note that outstanding fresh water capacity ... only the 24 foot Class C Lazy Daze and the 24 foot Class C Bigfoot (no longer available) fresh water capacities beat it!
