Lesson learned....A contract is only a contract if it's WRITTEN, SIGNED and DEPOSIT accepted.....time to start your search again. At least you won't need the owner's manual....:W.....there's a better deal waiting out there for you and now you have financing lined up and no trade talk in your negotiations.....Dennis
