Converting would be a big problem for all the electric (other that from the batteries) as not only does Europe use 240 volts, it is 50 Hz not 60 which could cause problems with some items even if a large transformer is used.
If in the UK of course, the entrance and power, water and sewer points would be reversed. Most RV parks in Europe do not have black water sanidumps like the ones in North America, they tend to use a cartridge system where the entire (very small) holding tank is pulled out and carried to a dumpstation.
There are some big units there, one from the UK used to post here fairly regularly. He traveled between the UK and Spain.
