I did a lot of research before buying our 2012 Nexus that was 18 months old with just 6,205 miles on it. It was identical to the new coach I was a heartbeat from ordering from the factory but $15,000 {and two trips from Tucson to Elkhart} less than new or roughly 25 percent+ savings.
Whatever little bugs that all coaches come with had been addressed with one exception that the factory remedied for free on a subsequent visit to Elkhart. Even got lucky and picked up a set of brand new Michelins thanks to the recall. The rig is now going on 6 years old with 48,000+ trouble free miles and would appear to be holding its value quite well.
