Find a floor plan you can live in with the shortest possible length.
I full time in a class c that is 28'5". I boondock as much as I can. I have no slides to fail.
Quality control in the rv industry is low. Expect to have start up issues with a new RV and huge depreciation. That is one reason to consider a used RV.
