I haven't been denied access to any parks but our rig is only 34' long. I will say that sometimes, even finding a site for a 35' rig is difficult in National Parks if we don't book far enough in advance. There are always commercial parks available but we prefer not to stay often in those.
An example: Yosemite Valley has 9 sites for 36-40' rigs. Nothing for larger. There are @18 sites for 35' rigs.
