Amazon Center Bushings
You'd want to see if the end kit looks like yours, verify the diameter of the bar for the center bushings. Notice that the center bushings are split for easy install.
The lookup I used in Amazon allowed only for "3500" so I couldn't specify it was an RV or Cutaway chassis. Nor do I know if Chevy uses different bars on RV/Cutaway than they use on Cargo and Window Van versions of the 3500.
