For the end links all you usually need is the eight poly bushings, but it's hard to get them without all the rest. I went to Amazon because it's easy to post their pictures, but according to their system those parts "fit you 2005 3500".
Yes, DO change the end link bushings. That's where the control actually takes place. But you lose a portion of that control if the center bushings are shot. Let alone the banging noise...
Our first Class C was an older Ford E350 and the OEM rubber end links were shot. I got at kit from NAPA that included poly bushings and the improvement they made was stunning.
