Remove air cleaner assembly from top of engine. You will see the Throttle Body Injection unit (looks kind of like a 2-barrel carb). Using your hand, hold the throttle wide open. Have a 2nd person attempt to start the engine... Do you see any fuel being injected from the two injectors? If no, then you've got a fuel related issue.
While the air cleaner is removed, you can pour a small amount of fuel down the throttle body (1-2 bottle cap's worth) then attempt to start the engine. If it starts, you've got a fuel related issue.
If for the above you see fuel from the injectors, or it doesn't start when you pour fuel down the intake...
Pull a spark plug wire from one of the spark plugs, stick a screwdriver inside the rubber boot, then place the shaft of the screwdriver near something metal (engine block, frame, firewall) and leave a tiny gap. Have 2nd person crank engine and the goal is to see a spark jump from the screwdriver to the engine block; you cannot easily do this in direct sunlight.
