The fact that it did a Regen on its own is good, at least that portion of the system is working. Generally high idle time does contribute to regen issues. What year and make is your motor?
In my signature is the 2008 shown. 400 ISL. Their computer is claiming high idle time but that does not add up. It only idles to raise air. I have about 35K miles on it. I don't baby it.
I would gladly run with it at is if legal but probably not and the check engine light and flashing Regen light are still on. I am worried they have not reset that yet but they are the experts.
It certainly derates the power.
