The warm cycle isn't 30 min - more like 5-10 min.
The whole point of a Webasto X100 is to get away from propane: hard to get in some parts of the world and/or hard to fill tanks due to a multitude of different fittings. Also a backup heat source.
As far as induction, one needs a very large battery bank, lots of solar panels and/or a heavy duty battery-battery charger.
