1. There is NO difference on the TOP units in regards to Ducted or NOT ducted
2. The reason they ask is because if you are installing a COMPLETE new system, you need to get the lower mount for ducted or non ducted. But, if you are just replacing an existing system roof top unit, they ALL fit the existing lower unit.
3. Your wall tstat is NOT really plug and play. You would have to buy the NEW control kit that goes in the air filter area of the RV and the NEW tstat. Your tstat and roof top control are matched and a new style tstat will not work with your upper control board.
4. Heat Pump is listed on the tstat and is different from "heat" or furnace. The pic of the tstat you posted will NOT run a HP model, furnace only.
