diminished value
Have any of you been involved in an accident with your RV where diminished value was a consideration? I would like to hear or learn more about this and how it is determined.

Not sure what your insurance laws are, but the basic premise in liability is to return you to the state you were in before the accident. Good luck and fight, but you were right, you've got work to do. Hopefully you have a full service agent you can start your research with. If not and also, your state department of insurance might be able to help.
