I have one drawer that acts like that.
After inspecting all the hardware and finding nothing wrong, I noticed that the "varnish" on the places where the drawer contacts the cabinet looked a bit darker. Turns out something like pancake syrup had been spilled and then left to dry.
The symptom was: Wouldn't move at all until you pulled hard enough to make it "pop" loose and then would have only a minor stickage when completely closed......until it sat closed for a while.
It's much better after cleaning but still tends to stick at times; needs another better cleaning, I think.
