They alligned the front end and balanced my tires numerous times for no charge. Finally the tech that was doing most if not all the work came to me and said" if you buy new tires your problems will go away. I bought new tires, not goodyear and never had another problem. In fact I wore out two more sets of tires without any reoccurence. None were goodyear
Had same problem with the original good year tires on my 2004 Liberty also the road noise was unbearable from the wear switched over to more of a highway tread and that worked out better although not perfect.
