It also appears that you have to have a third party software package to receive anything.
Plus that English receiver is probably set up for the PAL or PAL/SECAM system. Our TVs are NTSC system. I doubt that there is a switch to change the output to NTSC, as the only ones I have seen set up that was are the ones sold in the military PX/BX systems in Europe.
