Thank you for the explanation. So I think I have one behind the paneling in the compartment. I need to figure out where it is attached in terms of the baseplates. On one baseplate I have two outlets called satellite antenna and two called satellite dish. Generally people don't seem to distinguish between the two. I think I will hook to anything that says dish first and go from there. My matrix seems to be working so the connection to TV's is good. The dish seems to have found the sats. I show no satellites acquired on my receiver so it must be the connection from wherever the power inserter is attached. It would appear the tech didn't hook to the proper outlet.
