Take it to the carwash if you can get in one and soak it with degreaser or tire cleaner then wash with rinse water. Let it dry for at least 2 days before you crank it up. That will give it time to drain any water you got in it, then run it for 2 hrs in case you got some water down in the oil. That will boil it all out. Then wehn your wife wants to eat out you can slide the generator out and eat off it as it will be clean. LIL
