disadvantage of having MoHo parked in driveway.

We were staying with in-laws last weekend, and a down and out neighbor was arrested for stealing gas. He was a "meth" addict and sold the gas to get it. The neighbor that he was stealing from kept spending money to have his boat motor repaired because he was getting really lousy fuel efficiency. Problem solved?
