Yes i think the op got shafted first of all if the head was going bad he would of had head gasket issues such as water laeks or water temp issues due to exhaust blowing into the water jackets wich would also cause preasre in the radiator and cuase water to be pushed out of the cooling system as far as the turbo if there had been something going wrong with it the op would have noticed a big loss of power an either a lot of black smoke or even matbe white for the fuel pump was it leaking when he took it in why a leak all th sudden show up in the shop not likely i think they should have just fixed the exhaust leaks and quit trying to rip off us rvers i do feel for th op
