Yeah, that is really frustrating. I have the same problem with a different company right now, web site says we promptly answer e-mail questions...been a week now, no response. Companies are so good at hiding their phone contact info these days, tell you to e-mail, then don't respond. I suggest a google search for their phone number, maybe they will answer?
