I had a KVH on a 09' Pace Arrow that I sold 3 weeks ago. I had no issues with it and when I pulled in 119, I also had 110. The KVH had 2 coax connections at the dome. One was the master and one was the slave. Mine had the master ran to the front tv and slave to the rear tv. If I scanned from the front receiver, it brought in both satellites and I could switch back and forth through all channels
If I scanned from the bedroom receiver which was connected to coax 2, I could only connect to one satellite and would have to re-scan to get the other. If you go to the roof and switch the 2 coax connections, I think you problem may be resolved.
