I'm going to venture a guess and it sure sounds like your sat is locked onto 119 but the cable into the motorhome is from the slave connection and NOT the primary connection in from the KVH dish itself...you need to physically get up to the dish, trace down the primary cable into the motorhome and make sure it is hooked up on the right in port on the kvh box, then the satellite box comes out of RF1...It is cheaper to do that than to deal with yet another company...get the manual or download it and physically verify the cable....I have the KVH R6 and it did need a flash about 2 years ago which I did myself and basically have had no problems since except in severe weather for a moment or two.
