Dish network with Trac vision roof mouted dish.

Not sure the best place to ask this but here goes. I am about to pull my hair out trying to get this receiver to work with the roof mounted Trac vision dish. At first I can get it locked on sat 119 ru...

If you are full time going to be in one place for sometime and have the service contract with Direct that is not true. They will and have come out and installed a Dish on a pole next to the rv so I could get HD/local channels. Free of charge, however Dish wouldn't even consider it. Why do you keep defending thier crapy service?
