Dish network with Trac vision roof mouted dish.

I do have the KVH dome and it works with Directv. Since we are work camping for the winter I went ahead and had them install a hard mounted dish. It was free, why not? When we hit the road I will use the roof top. The original post of MINE was a question to help solve a problem. It is fixed now after the fact you want to chime in with you two cents how something is wrong with my equipment and no fault of dish. You sound just like thier uniformed employees.
