You just refuse to listen. I have been in the Sat install and repair for over 25 years on RV's. As I stated, you had a problem with Dish, but Dish and Direct do NOT support RV mobile systems, and since both have gone to multiple Sats for all their channels, it causes a problem. KVH has ALWAYS had a problem with Dish because of the technology KVH utilizes to track and lock in their Domes. Winegard and King Dome use a different technology for locking in and have almost no problems when Dish changes THEIR software. MY 2 cents worth is for the people on these forums that will READ and comprehend what I have stated to help them if they have a problem with their Domes, KVH or other brand. Calling Dish for your type problem is futile as they have nobody that knows or really cares about RV mobile systems. From your post, it is NOT fixed. You went to Direct TV which is what I recommended in my post. Doug
