I'm lucky and get to drive a variety of Class A gassers on a variety of roads. I have found that the cheaper built RVs tend to have more rattle and wind noises. With some MH it might be a matter of taking the plate and rack out of the microwave.
BTW, from my own driving experiences Thor Challengers are the loudest and Tiffin Allegro Open Roads are the most quiet. Fleetwoods, Entegras, and Winnebagos are in the middle. Basically you get what you pay for.
