My slides will scratch any flooring. Newmar supplied me with floor protector pads to put down when the FWS goes in/out & I use them religiously. However a few times they haven't stayed in place and I have scratches. I have the hard rubber rollers but over time they can pick up a stone chip etc. and do a number on a glossy tile. They are also a PITA so if we just stop for a night we just leave them on the floor. Not my favorite.
