I let them win. I sold mine. Back to a Dealer, HAHA, Will never own another Jeep. I have been buying Jeeps since 1985. That one was my last. Jeep does not stand behind their products. All they can say is " Engineers are working on the situation". Never get back to you on Star Reports. PS: Star Reports are close after 2 weeks, a Service Manger told me. You have to keep filing them.
