My new to me 2025 JGC WL Overland is also not tracking. Have an apt with dealer. I can turn the wheel while sitting in tow mode but once towing is underway, the wheels don’t turn. Fob is far away. Doors are not locked. I towed a 2008 JGC and it was so easy. This thing is just too complicated and sensitive. Sensors go off easily if towing in rougher roads or even highways. Lights go on. Then they go away after a while of driving. Wish I could get parts for the 2008 but it has become unreliable at that ripe old age also.
