My genset likes to be run, so I run it when on the road, almost all the time, That means all three a/c's are running in summer. We don't travel in the cold much, but the few times we have, we have run the heat pumps if it wasn't too cold, and the hydro-hot when it was really cold. That big front window really sucks out the heat! I believe it is about as economical to run the genset as the dash a/c compressor and it keeps the whole coach comfortable.
