Add me to the No list. The problem I'd have with renting it out is I recall how many things I broke or dinged up in my first trips. I never did any serious damage, but when you're new to RVing there are things you'll do you wish you didn't do. When you rent or loan your RV, odds are the people who you are renting it to are new to RVing. So that really increases the chances of them breaking things.
But if you do decide to rent it out the biggest issue is make sure you have proper insurance coverage. Whomever is renting it will have to be the ones either getting a rider on their own policy or getting a special limited policy while renting it.
