I think this would be a very iffy situation, and would be scared to take the risk. While the water may have been drained via low point drains, unless you actually blew the water out of the system, there's still going to be water in some of the lines. If the faucets and/or drains have not been left open and any water does freeze, where is the air in the lines going to go as the water expands as it turns to ice? Not saying what to do, but it would sure scare me.
