Yes I remember that I have to jiggle the wire harness to get it to turn over.. that can cause the shut down too right? I may have to look at all the connections. When unhooked the fuel line from the carb I turned the engine over and fuel will squirt hitting the windshield So it is pumping when the engine is turning over. but the electric fuel pump sounds weak. maybe that is normal. I am going to check the electrical wiring harness that I have to jiggle. Maybe that is causing the shutdown. that would be nice. then I know i can make it home.
