Looks like a nice solid start . I like that front bumper !
The F44 / F40 = an mb400 chassis
unfortunately None of the factory front suspension parts are gonna fit though. These dodges originally had independant front suspensions with coil springs and upper and lower control arms etc. and usually ride and handle very well as long as everything is in decent shape.
You now have a solid front axle with leaf springs so it,s completely different. Start with the basics , see if any parts are loose etc. and Sign up on some of the 4x4 forums and ask about conversion handling issues etc
