No one in the basement is going to be pushing upward on anyone. The floor of the Prevost in the living area is about 6" thick. Imagine how much wood and bracing you need to put in the floor to handle the 50 passenger seats and all those folks standing in the isle waiting to get out. Now, get rid of all those seats and install MH furniture and you have one seriously sturdy floor!
(I know you were joking, I just thought you might be interested.)
Although it sounds unlikely and probably rare, if not non-existent, It's certainly plausible and not impossible to build a pop up kids access area.
