Maybe I'm missing something (quite likely), but I'm not sure I understand how a 25' class C has much better drivability than a 30-32' unit. The longer ones are a little trickier to maneuver in tight quarters, but neither one is a piece of cake. On the road there's not a lot of difference, assuming comparable chassis and reasonable wheelbases. Neither one can really be parked in a single normal parking space--you need at least two end-to-end in either case.
25' just seems to me to be somewhat in no man's land for a family--big enough to still be unwieldy, but small enough to be very tight with more than a couple of people.
