So I don't seem to understand? Why would a vehicle that is tow-able with all four wheels on the ground not be tow-able with the front wheels in the air on a dolly? It doesn't make sense that if you can tow it with all the wheels on the ground it wouldn't be tow-able with only two on the ground.
