JEEPS, are an exception
Jeeps come in 3 flavors
Rear wheel drive (Sold to the post office mostly) Can not be towed 4 down without modification (Drive shaft disconnect or lube pump)
FUll time 4 wheel drive also known as all wheel drive, Can not be towed must be trailered.
Manual Transfer 4 wheel drive.. Must be towed 4 down or trailered, can not be dolly towed.

You can dolly tow a Front wheel drive vehicle (Most ut not all of them)
And a rear wheel drive that says you can tow it (Not all that many)
But jeep it is only manual transfer 4WD and no dollys allowed. Less it's Dolly Parton that is :).
