Wolfe is dead on. You absolutely have a voltage problem if it goes off when you turn a bedroom light on.
Take your voltage measurements on the back of the refer, turn the light on, take them again.
What you use for a ground for your meter is important because you could have a ground issue but I suspect the voltage is going low.
You most likely have an AC outlet in the refer area. Stick the negative lead of your voltmeter into the ground hole of the outlet. If you are uncomfortable doing this then disconnect from shoreline and make sure your inverter is off.
Use this ground to take measurements as described above. Be sure to look for voltage on the negative wire of the refer.
Post those measurements back and it should get sorted quickly.
If you find the voltage going low it is possible to find another source of power until you can run it down.
