Yowza, just got off the phone with the help I had with the install. Mentioned connecting to a light switch (constant on) and he said, you better not do that because that's at 110v! He said, nothing in your trailer is 12v. When i mentioned all of what you all have said he mentions, "that's because they think you connect this to a truck and tow it."
I will say, this is connected to a 50 amp service (for parkmodel's)... when I mentioned the power is coming from the furnace he said it might be but i bet it's 24v! (this hasn't been checked)
****, i don't get this... some say it's a simple install and yet i'm rackin' my brains trying to get 12v power to this unit w/o using a whacked out motorcycle battery for power, REALLY!!!
He says i don't have 12v power anywhere in the trailer!
