Unless you know exactly what it needs in repairs, replacements and upgrades for safe and reliable driving and enjoyment, and you have the money to pay for parts and labor (or) you have all the skill...

If you buy a used MH, expect to pay for parts and repair it yourself or pay someone else to do it. On the other hand, if you buy new, expect to pay for parts and do it yourself or pay someone else to do it. :)
