Depending on how your system is set up, your master user code will unlock the coach. Adding another digit will allow you to unlock your compartments. This is how most systems are set up. If you are waiting three minutes for the beep to sound, the system has reset and it won't work. Everything must be done within two minutes. After the four beeps, enter 1-1-1-9 and listen for the three beeps. You should hear them within 5 SECONDS. I would simply enter 1119 count to three and enter my new code. Wait another 10-15 seconds and try it.
