I prefer 2 sinks. In our motorhome and truck camper, I put a dish drainer in one side and had a fitted cover that went over it to increase counter space. It worked really well. In our new Class C I have 1 round sink that I consider useless. I will adapt I'm sure, but there is no place to keep a dish drainer rack that takes up valuable space. I am using a flat dish drainer which is easy to store.
