He's not asking about TRIPLE towing. He's asking about DOUBLE towing. Triple is with THREE trailers, not two.
Some states define "Double towing" as two towed units pulled by a power unit. Other states define "Triple towing" as three total units in the tow, including the power unit. Then there's the unofficial descriptions, "towing doubles" and "towing triples", that do indicate the number of trailers behind the power unit. Are we confused yet? ;)
