You mention a 2006 (but no model#), and from what it appears, there are 3 that have “corner” showers that are identical to mine.
Look at the base of the shower and you might see a vent that you can lay on the floor and look all the way to the wall. If you are hearing a drip, you will see the results there. If its coming from the rear, there are a couple of places to look. I had a pinhole leak from the shower valve that I fixed 2 weeks ago by removing the shower valve plate and getting in there with really skinny arms. Don't expect to see an access plate, sometime they simply aren't there. In MY case, IF I really needed access, I have a wall that can be removed with a little effort, but was able to fix it without having to do that.
HERE are the pictures once the valve plate is removed. I had better ones more specific to getting in there but already tossed them :(
