I haven't had to drive the MH much on slippery roads (perhaps a couple of hundred miles). Good to avoid, but so is avoiding it when in a car. Typically, the tires on a MH are more intended for long life than mud and snow traction. However, recognize that and slow down a bit and leave plenty of stopping space. The long wheelbase and heavy load on the rear wheels tend to keep you straight----good on straights and not quite so good on curves.
Frankly, I worried more about my water system than I did the road conditions when I encountered some rain/snow/sleet and 28 degree temps.
If you are uncomfortable driving a car on snowy roads, skip driving the MH. If you are comfortable/capable driving a car on snowy roads, you will be fine with the MH.
