65 or the speed limit whichever is slower. Occasional burst for passing but seldom exceed 80 mph.
One thing I've always had some difficulty with is keeping the speed low when not using CC. These things are so bloody smooth and quiet there is very little sensation of speed so creeping up to 70-75 is real easy.
