Don't wait for someone to offer you their hose...ask to borrow one BEFORE you let it fly or don't dump.
It's disgusting, irresponsible and ignorant.
I am not saying what was done is ok. It is not. Would it not be better to help someone by educating them of the proper way. Yes it could have been too late, the man had already started but to maybe stop him and offer help might have helped him learn.
We are so eager to judge and condemn someone. I think educating him would maybe stop him doing it again. Yes, there are unfortunately people who would not care and just dump as they please. Maybe he did not know any better
