Duotherm penguin roof AC quit while on generator

I was exercising the generator with the AC on high.All was working well when the AC shut off.I checked the breakers and none were tripped.Hooked up to shore power and neither the AC nor the fan turn on. Is there an internal breaker I should look for or something else.

    Other devices work.The unit has a built in thermostat.It was running and cooling fine until it just cutoff.

    Are your batteries fully charged?
    What type of RV do you have?
    What type of thermostat do you have?
    you can try a thermostat reset.
